There is a delivery cost of £4.00 per order to mainland UK for orders below £99.

All orders of £100 or more are automatically sent special delivery, free of charge.

Shipping cost is £5.00 for one item, then £1.00 each item thereafter.

Your order will be posted to you normally within a week from the day you place it.

The vast majority of orders are posted within 3 working days, but we say a week to cover any unusual circumstances.

If you are paying with a cheque, the goods will be sent once the cheque has cleared.

Returns

All items on Very Vintage Clothing are several years old, therefore they are not going to look brand new. I have stated the condition of the item and prices reflect the condition. If you are not sure about an item i.e. size, condition, etc, please email me BEFORE you buy to ensure you have all the details you need for a successful purchase.

We are as accurate as we can be when describing clothing and never knowingly misrepresent any item, however if an item is described in whole inaccurately by us in error, a full refund including all postage costs incurred by the customer will be issued
Very Vintage Clothing is happy to accept genuine returns, and will issue a refund, but see conditions below.

Please email me within 3 days of delivery, to let me know you are returning the item and why : soph@veryvintageclothing.co.uk 

If you need to contact me urgently as i'm not always at my PC, please phone me on 07702 883124 and leave a message, stating your name, what the query is and a telephone number to call you back on.

Conditions:

You may return your order back to Very Vintage Clothing up to 5 days from receipt of your goods,  you must email within 3 days of delivery stating why as above.

Very Vinatge Clothing is unable to refund on any items where the above has not been followed and item / s returned later than 5 working days from receipt of goods.
Please note the following points:

1. Proof of postage must be obtained when the item is sent back. We are unable to refund on a purchase which has been lost on return to Very Vintage Clothing.

2. Postage costs are non - refundable, however, although  never knowingly misrepresent any item, if it has been described inaccurately by us in error, postage costs will be reimbursed.

3. The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent to you.


You will be sent a refund within 3 days from when we receive the returned goods & you will receive a confirmation email from Very Vintage Clothing. Your refund will be given in the same format you paid.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange for an item on the site, instead of a refund, please email & let us know & we will mark it 'on hold' until we receive your item back, then post it to you.

If there is a difference either way in price, we will either :
a) refund the difference if the item you want is cheaper
b) increase the chosen item's price by the difference, if it is more expensive, so you can purchase it online.
